A fixed plan is a ready-made server: its cores, RAM and storage come together, and you grow it by moving to a bigger plan. It costs less and can be billed yearly. A custom server lets you choose each resource yourself and change one at a time, such as adding RAM without adding cores. Custom servers are billed monthly. Both are unmanaged.
We run the hardware and network and keep the server reachable. You manage everything on it: software, updates, security and backups. You get full root or administrator access.
Ubuntu, Debian or AlmaLinux at no extra cost, or Windows Server for an extra licence fee that depends on the plan. Custom servers offer Ubuntu, Debian and Windows Server, licensed per core.
Yes. Add a Plesk licence when you order, or buy one later from the Plesk licence page.
Fixed plans run at 200 to 800 Mbit/s depending on the plan. A custom server runs on a premium link from 5 telecom providers, and you choose how much data it can transfer each month, from 100 GB.
Fixed plans include 1 to 3 snapshots by plan. For scheduled backups, add the automatic backup add-on when you order.
Yes, additional storage is available for servers in our India data centre.
No. Servers come with pre-configured cloud storage and the RAID level can't be changed.
No. You can run websites, databases, applications, e-commerce, DNS, file storage and email for personal, organisational or professional use. Sending bulk or marketing email from the server isn't allowed and can lead to suspension.
