Conditions
- The money-back guarantee covers your first purchase of a plan. Renewals, upgrades and repeat purchases of the same service aren't covered.
- Free domains: if your hosting plan came with a free domain, the regular registration price of that domain is deducted from your hosting refund. The domain stays registered to you.
- Promotional orders: if an order used a promotional code, the refund is limited to the amount you actually paid.
- Terms of Service violations: services suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service, for example spam, abuse or illegal content, are not eligible for a refund.
- Domain eligibility: whether a domain registration can be cancelled within 24 hours depends on its registry. Some extensions can't be cancelled once registered.
- After the refund window, you can still cancel a service at any time so that it doesn't renew. See our Cancellation Policy.
How Refunds Are Paid

| Online through Razorpay (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) | To the same payment method |
| Wallet credit | Back to your Motherhost Wallet |
| Bank transfer | By bank transfer to the account the payment came from, or as Wallet credit if you prefer |
If you prefer, you can ask for any refund to be added to your Motherhost Wallet instead, to use toward future invoices.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
- Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment.
- When a refund is issued, the related service is cancelled, and any affiliate commission earned on the order is reversed.
